Supply Chain Management
We coordinate the procurement of yarn, fabric, trims, and accessories. By managing the supply chain, we prevent delays caused by material shortages and ensure that all components meet quality standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
Our independent QA team is deployed to the factory floor. They are independent of the factory's own QC, providing unbiased reports to you. They follow the pro-active approach: prevent defects rather than just sorting them.
